As your End-of-Life Doula, I will support you by:
- Initiating the difficult conversations. This frees you up to move forward.
- Helping you to identify your priorities and wishes. This gives you clarity.
- Providing you with information about available resources in your community. This saves you the time and energy to track down additional services that may be helpful to you, or your family member.
- Assisting with creating and documenting your end of life wishes. This gives you control of the process.
- Using my social work skills to navigate through the Health Care system. This simplifies things for you.
- By meeting with you, one on one, wherever you are located. This gives you flexibility.
- By helping you get to the point where all of your affairs are in order: physically, financially and emotionally. This gives you peace of mind.
